2. Cuentas de usuario y datos
2.1. User Registration: You must create an account to use certain features of the Application. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
2.2. Protection of Personal Data: We take the protection of personal data seriously. You agree that any information, including personal data and resumes, provided to us is accurate and may be stored, processed, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Servicios de suscripción
3.1. Payment: To access premium features and services, you may subscribe to our monthly or yearly plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees in a timely manner.
3.2. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Important Note: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
4. Conducta del usuario
You agree not to engage in any activity that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes upon the rights of others
- Interferes with the operation of the Application
- Harms or harasses other users
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its data
5. Terminación
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar tu cuenta, sin previo aviso, si incumples estos Términos de uso o realizas actividades que comprometan la seguridad o integridad de la Aplicación.
6. Propiedad intelectual
6.1. The Application and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Application without our explicit consent.
6.2. You may use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
No somos responsables de daños, pérdidas o reclamaciones derivados del uso de la Aplicación o de los datos almacenados en ella.
8. Cambios en los términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos de uso periódicamente. Se te notificará cualquier cambio significativo. El uso continuado de la Aplicación después de dichos cambios constituye tu aceptación de los nuevos términos.
